Below are the details: REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or university student majoring in Psychology (7th semester or higher) * With or without experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office—user level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Availability to work Monday through Saturday: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 1:30 PM (mandatory) * Must reside in districts adjacent to San Miguel, Callao, Pueblo Libre, Jesus Maria, and Lima Cercado. * Availability to commute to our branches located in San Miguel, Miraflores, and Los Olivos. FUNCTIONS: * Provide end-to-end support for the recruitment and selection process, aligned with Human Resources requirements and the established employee profiles within the company’s organizational structure. * Support the receipt and validation of medical leave certificates. * Support the monthly recording of Human Resources-related indicators. * Address, advise, and refer employee inquiries, observations, and complaints to the Human Resources Assistant/Coordinator. * Assist in preparing documentation related to new employees’ contracts and onboarding, among other documents required for personnel file management. * Assist in advising, guiding, and attending to center staff regarding their specific needs and requirements. * Assist in tracking incidents, material requests, and employee inquiries. * Assist in processing and sending contract renewals to each branch.
