Join the best team and make an impact with your talent as a **Middle Risk Analyst**. **Your primary objective will be:** You will be responsible for conducting credit risk analysis across the various segments served by Small Business Banking, managing campaigns based on risk criteria, monitoring delinquency indicators, and proposing improvements through the implementation of mass-scale tools. **How will you achieve this?** * Execute campaigns applying approved risk filters. * Propose initiatives aimed at business growth while ensuring an appropriate risk cost level. * Continuously monitor credit risk across served portfolios. * Develop dashboards and management indicators to support decision-making. * Evaluate, challenge, and provide feedback on mass-scale tools (scores). * Implement improvements in process automation. * Propose adjustments to risk cut-off points. * Define implementation strategies for new analytical models. **What do we require from you?** * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in SQL, AWS, Advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power BI. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. **What do we offer you at Interbank?** An INcredible experience with our flexible work model “Interbank Eres” Development opportunities: growth paths and upskilling and reskilling tools at Interbank and across all companies within the Intercorp Group.
