Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Operations Control Coordinator to ensure compliance with on-site processes through supervision, control, and direct reporting to Management. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive learning of the construction business At **URBAN**, we are looking for a **Field Operations Control Coordinator** who ensures compliance with on-site processes through control, supervision, and direct reporting to Management. **Objective:** Identify and report deviations on site, ensuring operational control in the field. **Responsibilities:** Conduct site visits (scheduled and unannounced) Verify: * Order and cleanliness * Proper use of materials * Control of tools and equipment * Warehouses and inventories * Process compliance (procurement, waste management, security) Document observations and record evidence (photos and reports) Report directly to Management Follow up on corrective actions at the site **Candidate Profile:** * Civil Engineer / Bachelor’s Degree / Architect * 2–4 years of on-site experience (mandatory) * Proven hands-on field experience * High level of organization and judgment * Proactivity and autonomy * Strong character (ability to observe and report independently) * Basic Excel proficiency **This role is not suitable if:** * You prefer office-based work * You avoid confrontation or providing feedback * You require constant direction on tasks * You lack on-site experience **What We Offer:** * Strategic role with direct exposure to Management * Autonomy in the field * Comprehensive learning of the construction business * Opportunities for growth within the company **Conditions:** * Salary: S/ 2,800 – S/ 4,200 (based on experience) * Work Mode: Field \+ Office * Availability for visits to various construction sites **Important Note:** This role does not involve site management; it focuses exclusively on process control and compliance in the field.
