Job Summary:
We are seeking a Civil Engineering professional to support project planning, cost control, risk management, and project monitoring.
Key Highlights:
1. Support in developing and maintaining detailed schedules.
2. Conduct cost analysis and control the budget.
3. Identify risks and propose solutions.
**Requirements:**
* **Education**: Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
* **Experience**: 3 to 6 months of experience in project control / construction control / PMO / planning roles (pre-graduation or professional internships count if relevant).
* **Planning**: Intermediate–advanced proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 (at least one of the two).
* **Control**: Knowledge of S-curves, physical progress vs. scheduled progress tracking, and earned value (basic EV, PV, AC).
* **Office**: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookup and reference functions, conditional formatting, charts, financial and logical functions).
* **Methodologies**: Familiarity with PMI (knowledge areas, schedule management, risk management, cost management).
* **Documentation**: Technical writing skills and organizational discipline for weekly and monthly progress reports.
* **Python/SQL**: For data analysis (database querying and light automation) (Desirable).
