Join the best team and transcend with your talent as a **Senior Channel Intelligence Analyst**. **Your primary objective will be:** To ensure the integrity, quality, and availability of channel information through efficient data management, process automation, reporting development, and analytical insights that contribute to informed decision-making and optimization of strategic channel management. **How will you achieve it?** * Lead data governance and ensure data quality, guaranteeing consistency, integrity, and reliability of information. * Design, optimize, and oversee data integration and transformation (ETL) processes. * Develop and scale reporting automation, promoting efficiency and reducing manual tasks. * Build and evolve executive KPI dashboards aligned with channel strategy. * Define, standardize, and govern key metrics per channel. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and sound data governance practices, serving as the team’s technical reference. * Generate actionable analysis and insights influencing strategic decision-making. **What do we need from you?** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or information management. * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, plus database handling (SQL, Oracle, Teradata). * Experience with visualization tools (Power BI) and data integration tools (SSIS). * Knowledge of Python and AWS. * Intermediate English proficiency. **What do we offer at Interbank?** An INcredible experience with our flexible work model “Interbank Eres”.
