Position Summary: We are seeking a Casacor runner to ensure efficient service of dishes and beverages, as well as organization of the dining room, in collaboration with the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure proper preparation and presentation of dishes 2. Deliver orders carefully and promptly 3. Keep the service station organized and the dining room clean Hello; We are Alanya Bakery, experiencing growth, and need to fill the following position: Casacor Runner located at Jockey Club del Perú (Santiago de Surco) **Responsibilities:** * Verify that dishes are complete and correct before leaving the kitchen. * Deliver them carefully and promptly. * Assist in serving dishes when necessary. * Carry beverages, bread, or accompaniments. * Remove dirty dishes if the waiter is busy. * Check that each order matches the ticket. * Confirm that presentation is appropriate before serving. * Notify when a table has been served. * Report special orders or modifications. * Assist in cleaning tables. * Assist in cleaning the dining area. * Maintain organized service stations. * Restock utensils and napkins. * Confirm everything is correct upon dish delivery. * Answer simple questions or alert the waiter for more specific matters.
