We are looking for a committed and proactive Part-Time Hostess or Waiter to join our team at a renowned food dealership. This role is essential for delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * **Customer Service:** Provide personalized assistance, handling inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and claims. * **Preparation and Service:** Prepare and serve food according to established standards. * **Cleanliness and Organization:** Maintain a clean and orderly workplace, utensils, and equipment. * **Inventory Control:** Verify availability and quantities of required food items and supplies. * **Compliance with Standards:** Adhere to company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). * **Sales:** Perform suggestive selling and promote company products. * **Other Duties:** Carry out tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: · Prior experience in customer service or in the food and beverage industry. · Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. · Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
