Career growth path within the Norkys chain **Grill Cook \- Norkys Minka** Department: Kitchen / Production Job Objective: Ensure proper operation of the grill area, guaranteeing cut quality, cooking times, dish presentation, input control, and compliance with Norkys chain operational and food safety standards. Requirements: * Technical or incomplete studies in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Grill Cook. * Experience handling meats, cooking doneness levels, and industrial grills. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety. * Operation of kitchen equipment and production control. * Availability for rotating shifts. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise daily production and operations in the grill area. * Verify meat quality, portioning, and cooking. * Coordinate mise en place preparation and area supply. * Control shrinkage, waste, and proper input usage. * Supervise recipe adherence and presentation standards. * Coordinate dispatch timing with kitchen and dining room. * Verify cleanliness and maintenance of grill equipment. * Comply with and enforce hygiene and food safety regulations. * Report operational incidents and supply needs.
