




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and disinfecting tableware, kitchen areas, waste management, and compliance with hygiene standards in a restaurant environment. Key Highlights: 1. Basic knowledge of handling cleaning and hygiene products What will be your main responsibilities? \* Washing and Disinfection: Efficiently wash, disinfect, and dry tableware, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, either manually or using a dishwasher. \* Kitchen and Dining Area Cleaning: Maintain clean and uncluttered work areas, floors, hoods, and production zones during and after service. \* Organization Support: Properly organize and store cleaned tableware and utensils in their designated locations to facilitate the work of cooks and servers. \* Waste Management: Empty, clean, and disinfect kitchen trash bins, ensuring proper disposal of waste. \* Compliance with Standards: Follow hygiene protocols, use cleaning chemicals correctly, and maintain work equipment. What are we looking for in you? \* Prior experience in cleaning or dishwashing in restaurants, hotels, or food-related businesses (preferred; however, if you are eager to learn, we provide training!). \* Proactive, quick, and highly collaborative individual capable of working effectively under peak-hour pressure. \* Basic knowledge of handling cleaning products and food hygiene.
