We are seeking an Accounting and Tax Assistant: **Requirements**: * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles * Desired experience in reviewing general fixed assets (additions and disposals) * Knowledge of accounting account analysis * Proficiency in purchase and sales recording, expense accruals and provisions * Experience in preparing SUNAT tax declarations * Intermediate-level proficiency in Office (Excel) * Experience with ERP accounting systems * Availability to work in Callao (Gambetta) **Responsibilities**: * Receive and review payment vouchers; validate compliance with legal requirements (invoices, receipts, credit/debit notes, shipping guides, and professional service receipts) * Verify and reconcile all electronic invoices with SUNAT’s registered information * Review quantity, price, and payment terms against those stipulated in the purchase/service order or work order * Verify and monitor warehouse receipt of purchases, and submit required documentation for payment processing * Record product imports: entry of DAMs (Customs Entry Forms) for specific products * Manage the Callao petty cash fund in accordance with company guidelines * Coordinate detracción payments with Treasury * Analyze Account 10 and perform bank reconciliations using information provided by Treasury * Support the analysis of supplier accounts in coordination with the accounting analyst * Submit monthly surveys to the Ministry of Production regarding monthly production and sales inventories **Benefits**: * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits * Profit sharing * 100% coverage of EPS (Health Insurance) under the base plan for the employee and dependents * 100% oncology insurance coverage * Opportunity to work at a leading company in mining chemical production **Working Hours**: * Monday to Friday: on-site, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; Saturdays: remote, 8:00 am to 12:15 pm *At RENASA, we firmly believe in equal opportunities for all genders, promoting diversity in ethnic origin, nationality, and persons with disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 29973 “General Law for Persons with Disabilities”* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please indicate your relevant work experience for this position * Please state your salary expectations for this position * Please indicate your current academic level and specialization * Are you available to start immediately? * Are you available to work in Callao and Magdalena del Mar?
