INVENTORY ASSISTANT

Position Summary: Plan, coordinate, and execute cyclic and general inventories, controlling and updating both physical and logical inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end inventory management and WMS systems. 2. Analysis and resolution of inventory discrepancies. 3. Support during inventory audits and compliance with standards. Plan, coordinate, and execute cyclic and general inventories in assigned warehouses. Control and maintain up-to-date physical and logical inventory, ensuring data accuracy. Perform daily cyclic counts according to the established schedule and ABC product classification. Analyze and manage inventory discrepancies, proposing corrective actions for resolution. Update and administer information in the SIL WMS system, including customer creation, item master maintenance, HOLD management, location setup, and other parameters. Reconcile inventory balances daily between SIL WMS and the client's system, ensuring data consistency. Verify correct product placement and storage, ensuring adherence to operational standards. Prepare management reports and KPIs related to inventory control. Ensure compliance with established procedures, policies, and controls for inventory management. Provide support during internal and external audits related to inventory control. Promote and ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations in the warehouse. Perform other duties related to this position as assigned by the immediate supervisor, in accordance with operational needs. Requirements Requirements: Graduate or final-year student of Technical Industrial Administration or University-level Industrial Engineering or related fields. Experience conducting inventories in warehouses, simple deposit facilities, or customs warehouses. Interest in developing a career in logistics. Availability to work in Callao on a rotating shift schedule. Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse and inventory operations. Analytical ability. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel technical skills.
