Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Assistant to serve, dispatch, and ensure an agile and satisfying in-store experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Serve and dispatch products, ensuring an agile customer experience. 2. Maintain the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of products displayed in the showcase. 3. Ensure cleanliness and order at the point of sale. * Counter service / Customer service REQUIREMENTS * Availability to work in Callao (Avenida Sáenz Peña 348\). * Desire to join the Olcese warehouse family. * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in restaurants, bakeries, cafés, or similar establishments. * Availability Monday through Saturday (Full Time). * Immediate full-time availability. Responsibilities * Serve and dispatch customers with various products displayed in the showcase, ensuring an agile and satisfying experience. * Ensure timely supply of necessary materials and tools for proper area operation. * Facilitate effective communication between the showcase area and other operational areas, ensuring smooth coordination. * Serve products according to company-defined quality and presentation standards. * Promptly collect and report customer requests, suggestions, or concerns regarding displayed products. * Maintain aesthetic presentation, cleanliness, and preservation of products in the showcase, ensuring an attractive and orderly appearance. * Ensure cleanliness, order, and good condition of the point of sale as part of comprehensive customer service. \-BENEFITS * Immediate payroll enrollment * Bonus payments in July and December * Compensatory Time Off (CTS) * Vacation days * Stable employment contract * Working hours: Monday to Saturday Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
