You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and securing (lashing) vehicles onto car-carrier trucks, ensuring each unit is transported safely while meeting the highest quality and safety standards. **What Do You Need?** * Valid **Class A1 driver's license**. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in loading operations, logistics, warehouse, yard, or transportation. * Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles. * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in vehicle loading and securing (lashing) is desirable. * Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and email. * A Road Safety course is desirable. * Availability to work **in-person in Callao**. **Main Responsibilities** * Load and unload vehicles onto car-carrier trucks following established procedures. * Secure (lash) vehicles to ensure safe transportation during transit. * Move vehicles within the operational yard while adhering to safety regulations. * Inspect vehicle condition before and after each operation, reporting any observations or damage. * Record photographic evidence and operational controls. * Identify risks during operations and promptly report any incidents. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety procedures and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Support other operational activities related to the position. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Saturday. * **8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** * **100% in-person** modality. * Work location: **Callao**. **What Do We Offer?** * **Base salary of S/ 1,130\.** * **Performance-based commissions of up to S/ 280 monthly.** * **S/ 10 per day worked (attendance bonus).** * **Formal payroll enrollment from day one**, including all statutory benefits. * **Overtime pay.** * **Food card worth S/ 150 monthly**, starting from the fourth month. * **Opportunity for salary increases**, based on performance and internal development. * **Ongoing training** to strengthen your skills. * **Profit-sharing participation.** An excellent work environment and job stability at a sector-leading company.
