Job Summary: We are seeking a Collection Driver to carry out daily donation collection routes and support the operations team in Metropolitan Lima. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate daily collection routes with operators 2. Ensure the truck is in optimal condition and properly maintained 3. Assist with store organization and donation sorting We are looking for a Collection Driver responsible for conducting daily donation collection routes from households and businesses within Metropolitan Lima, as well as supporting the operations team during working hours. **Job Objective:** To ensure efficient and safe transportation during collection routes, complying with established procedures and supporting the operations team in assigned tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the daily collection route with collection operators according to instructions from the coordinator. * Keep the supervisor informed of any issues arising during the route or collection process. * Verify that the truck is in optimal condition before and during the workday. * Supervise operators’ compliance with established work standards. * Assist with store organization at the start and end of the workday. * Coordinate and monitor vehicle maintenance. * Verify that insurance, SOAT, and technical inspection are valid and up-to-date. * Report any vehicle defects encountered during the route. * Sort and organize donations collected during the route. * Maintain cleanliness of the truck and assist with unloading at the warehouse. * Ensure company property is correctly labeled; if not, report it to the relevant assistant. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Overtime pay. * SCTR insurance. * 15 days of vacation after one year of service.
