It is an exciting time to join us: we are shaping the future of mining through digital and automated technologies, embracing new ways of thinking, pioneering innovation, and reimagining how we work.**About the Role** The Coordinator \- Planning is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities to ensure products are manufactured according to established timelines, maintaining an efficient workflow, maximizing resource utilization, and guaranteeing excellence in customer service by aligning manufacturing with customer needs. * ***Work Location: Lurín Manufacturing Plant*** **Key Responsibilities** * **Production Planning:** Responsible for long-term production planning (24-month horizon) using the IBP tool * **Production Scheduling:** Create and maintain a detailed production schedule. Ensure production orders are delivered on time and in full. * **Resource Allocation:** Coordinate allocation of materials, equipment, and labor required to meet production deadlines. * **Inventory Management:** Maintain appropriate inventory levels to avoid delays without generating excess stock. * **Production Progress Monitoring:** Monitor production progress against plan and schedule. * **Change Management:** Ensure any changes to the production schedule are properly managed. * **Data Analysis:** Use SAP HANNA/IBP to analyze production data and make improvement recommendations **Requirements to Perform the Role** * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization or diploma in Supply Chain. * Minimum 5 years’ experience post-qualification. * SAP experience mandatory; knowledge of HANNA/IBP desirable. * Conversational English proficiency (desirable) * Experience influencing teams, including building a collaborative approach. * Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders. * Ability to plan, influence, and execute. * Strong verbal and written communication skills to present strategic rationale and recommended pathways, along with the ability to present to key stakeholders. **How You Shape and Influence Others** * Demonstrate courage, resilience, and flexibility * Strong reputation for integrity, ethics, personal values, and sound character * Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills * Self-aware and open to feedback * Work effectively across the entire business unit * High-level decision-making capability * Capable of managing multiple tasks within deadlines and working independently. **What We Offer** As part of a truly global company, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn within a diverse and collaborative culture.
