Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative with experience in sales and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) to achieve targets, acquire customers, and strengthen commercial relationships. Opportunity for professional growth and development **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE** **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum \*2 years of field sales experience\*. * Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), natural products, grocery stores, convenience stores, or general merchandise outlets. * Knowledge of routes in \*East Lima and/or Urban Lima\*. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Existing customer portfolio \*(desirable)\*. * Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and strong focus on achieving targets. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Achieve sales quotas and objectives. * Visit points of sale daily according to the assigned route. * Acquire new customers and strengthen commercial relationships. * Plan and organize daily sales activities. * Conduct collections and cash reporting. * Participate in commercial activities and corporate events. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of S/ 1,500\. * Attractive sales commissions. * Mobility allowance of S/ 200\. * Ongoing training. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Formal employment under the MYPE regime. **WORKING HOURS:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **WORK LOCATIONS:** La Molina \| Ate \| San Luis \| Surquillo \| San Borja \| Breña \| San Juan de Lurigancho \| Callao Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,862\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Where are you located?
