





**Responsibilities:** 1. Graduate of International Business Administration from Institutes (Adex) or a University. 2. Work Experience: Extensive experience in customs brokerage agencies (preferably in import-related customs brokerage). 3. In-depth knowledge of the General Customs Law as well as current customs procedures, including definitive and temporary regimes. 4. Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools—Excel, Word, and others—at an intermediate level. 5. Knowledge of the SINTAD system. 6. Familiarity with various customs regimes, current legal regulations, and restricted/prohibited classifications. 8. Effective management of assigned operations, including review, handling, reporting, and providing clients with regular status updates. 9. Coordination with shipping lines, airlines, port agents, warehouses, and freight forwarders, as required for assigned customs clearance procedures. 10. Provision of high-level advisory services to our clients. 11. Supervision of sector specialists’ activities. 12. Review of the Tax Tribunal Inbox.
