Job Summary: Ensure dispatch management planning and execution, guaranteeing a high level of customer service through transportation coordination and order management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages dispatch planning and execution 2. Coordinates with transportation and customers for deliveries 3. Uses SAP for warehouse and dispatch processes **Location**: Lima Factory **Reports to**: Warehouse Manager Ice Cream **Position Objective** Ensure dispatch management planning and execution. Fulfill deliveries to our customers to guarantee a high level of service. **A Day in the Life of...** * Download OTR data to verify that materials confirm stock availability according to the designated sub-warehouse. This process triggers an alert to the Customer area regarding the observed order. * Coordinate with the transportation team to assign units based on the number of pallets per order. * Create and generate VI order loads in the system, previously coordinated with our customers for their receipt. * Perform Picking processes in SAP, individually for each dispatch. This involves using a series of transactions. * Coordinate with the shift leader within the Warehouse to inform them about upcoming dispatches and simultaneously request the required personnel count to handle them (Forklift Operators, Pickers, and Second-Step Staff). * Group generated OTs into specific batches, considering Zone Picking OTs and Forklift Operator OTs. Then sort them by aisle and in descending order. * Assign dock doors, select batches and locations, and generate Transportation Orders (OT). * Prepare the Packing List, a document printed and delivered to the Dock Controller and Transporter. Both parties use this document to verify goods departure from the warehouse and vehicle loading. * Monitor assigned RF users each time they complete processing a Work Order, automatically assigning them another activity from the pending dispatch order. * Confirm dispatches in the Transportation module. * Generate Miscellaneous Outbound Processes and issue shipping guides for transfer. * Review daily sales transactions, pending delivery orders, and miscellaneous outbound movements. * Generate and coordinate inter-warehouse transfers and replenishments with external warehouses. * Issue electronic shipping guides via the SUNAT platform. * Print pallet shipping guides for customers and register them in the database for subsequent control. * Generate picking for orders from Shared Cold Rooms with Distributors (KB01 and KE01). * Confirm transportation orders in the load system and goods dispatch from Shared Cold Room orders. * Print Electronic Invoices in SAP. * Send information to Shared Cold Room Distributors: Excel file listing invoiced materials and scanned copies of invoices. **What Will Make You Successful** * University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Two or more years of experience in Customer Service, preferably with relevant customer-facing experience in a similar market environment or commercial structure. * Experience managing performance indicators. * SAP MH and Customer Service module knowledge is desirable. * Familiarity with pre-numbered document formats (Electronic Invoices and Shipping Guides). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Competencies** * Connect * Deliver * Collaborate
