If you are passionate about logistics process planning, coordination, and optimization, this is your opportunity to become part of a continuously growing company. **Requirements:** * University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Logistics Assistant or Logistics Analyst in construction and/or retail companies. * Preferred: 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Preferred: Specialization or courses in Logistics, Procurement Management, or Supply Chain. * Proficiency in Starsoft system. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Willingness to travel nationwide. **Competencies:** **Job Objective:** Ensure efficient supply chain management through planning, coordination, and control of procurement, purchasing, warehousing, and material distribution processes, guaranteeing operational continuity, adherence to deadlines, and cost optimization across the organization’s various projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate logistics processes according to the requirements of different departments and projects. * Manage procurement of goods, materials, and services by evaluating quotations and suppliers to ensure quality, competitive costs, and timely delivery. * Issue purchase orders and track them until receipt and acceptance. * Monitor project-specific site requirements, ensuring traceability and compliance with established deadlines. * Maintain an up-to-date supplier database and verify validity of their documentation. * Coordinate with the warehouse for proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. * Supervise timely procurement to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Identify and implement improvement opportunities in logistics and procurement processes. * Prepare reports, management indicators, and budgetary controls for the department. * Manage supplier incidents, coordinating returns, replacements, and corrective actions. * Monitor the budget allocated to the logistics department. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll under the General Regime. * Excellent work environment. * Career progression opportunities within the company. * Continuous training. **Become part of a continuously growing company where your talent and commitment will contribute to the successful development of major national projects.** **Work Location:** On-site employment Salary: S/.2,800.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have experience in the construction or retail sector? * Have you worked with the Starsoft system?
