Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to consolidate and update indicators, prepare reports, analyze deviations, and coordinate the supply chain. Key Highlights: 1. Tracking Supply Chain initiatives and supporting data visualization Saint Gobain, a global leader in manufacturing lightweight construction materials, is looking for top talent to fill the position of: **Logistics Assistant** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in similar positions. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of Lean and Kaizen methodologies. **Responsibilities** * Consolidate and update logistics indicators (OTIF, service level, inventory, costs, lead time, among others). * Prepare and automate periodic logistics department reports, ensuring information quality and timeliness. * Analyze deviations in key indicators, identify root causes, and propose improvement actions. * Track Supply Chain initiatives and projects, ensuring milestone and schedule compliance. * Standardize report and dashboard formats for logistics management. * Support the preparation of executive presentations for the Operations Committee and senior management. * Integrate data from multiple sources (SAP, TMS, WMS, Excel) to generate consolidated analyses. * Monitor operational KPIs and alert on deviations impacting service levels or costs. * Support implementation of visualization tools (Power BI or others). * Coordinate with Warehouse, Distribution, Planning, and Customer Service areas to collect and validate information. **Benefits:** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Join a multinational company certified as a Top Employer. * 100% EPS coverage for the employee under the Base Plan.
