Job Summary: We are seeking an L2 Technical Support professional to manage hardware and software incidents, handle equipment preparation and configuration, and maintain the IT inventory. Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Support for the entire PC and peripheral fleet (pin pad \- ticket printers \- etc) * Resolution of hardware and software incidents on-site * Support for incidents related to base software * Preparation, installation, configuration, and replacement of computing equipment * Equipment cloning and user data backup * Equipment customization and data restoration * Preparation of equipment for delivery to vendors and end users * First-line support for printers * Maintenance of up-to-date hardware inventory * Preparation of management reports and summaries as required * Equipment relocation and movement between client sites (driving company-assigned vehicles) * Manual registration and tracking of equipment movements \- shipping documents **Requirements and Qualifications** * Professional with completed technical studies in systems, computer science, industrial engineering, logistics, or related fields. * Knowledge of ITIL Foundation (desirable but not mandatory) * Familiarity with agile methodologies (desirable) * Experience in operational asset, inventory, or warehouse management * 1 year of professional experience. * Technical knowledge of HW (desirable) * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with ticket management tools (desirable) * A1 Driver’s License (manual transmission vehicle) Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
