Job Summary: We are seeking Warehouse Operators to manage the receipt, organization, and control of goods, ensuring accurate inbound and outbound movement of products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receive and organize goods, materials, and supplies. 2. Assist in loading and unloading products, verifying quantities and weight. 3. Ensure proper inbound and outbound movement of assigned products and materials. We are **Grupo Santa Elena**, one of the leading poultry companies in the Peruvian market. For **33 years**, we have been nourishing the country with high-quality protein products, meeting the needs and expectations of thousands of Peruvian families through our brands **Avinka, Artisan \& 4Patas.** We are currently looking for: **WAREHOUSE OPERATORS \- COLD STORAGE** **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday on rotating shifts. * Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience (preferably in cold storage). * Preferably residing in areas near Callao. * Inventory management experience (FIFO and FEFO). **Responsibilities:** * Receive and organize incoming goods, materials, supplies, or assets as directed by the supervisor or their designated representative. * Guide and assist in loading and unloading products, verifying received unit quantities and weight against supporting documentation (delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant documents). * Ensure proper inbound and outbound movement of intermediate products, supplies, and/or materials assigned to your control upon internal request. **Benefits:** * Formal employment contract from Day 1, including all statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly salary payments. * Productivity bonus. * Overtime pay. * Cold Storage Bonus. * 100% meal allowance. **Grupo Santa Elena does not require any payment or deposit at any stage of the recruitment and selection process (including reference checks or background verifications).
