Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor with experience in logistics operations, control of high-risk activities, and safety management systems to ensure compliance with SSOMA standards. Key Highlights: 1. SSOMA supervision in logistics operations and industrial warehouses. 2. Leadership in training, incident investigation, and corrective actions. 3. Ensuring implementation of SSOMA legislation and standards, including ISO 45001. **POSITION PROFILE:** Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. Specialization or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 3 years of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor or in similar roles within logistics operations, industrial warehouses, hydrocarbons, mining, or industrial sectors. Experience supervising operational personnel and controlling high-risk activities. Desirable experience in contracts with hydrocarbon-sector companies or at Repsol facilities. **OTHER KNOWLEDGE:** Knowledge of Law No. 29783 and its Regulation. Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 Management Systems (knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 is desirable). Proficiency in IPERC, ATS, work permits, incident investigation, and safety inspections. Knowledge of applicable SSOMA regulations and standards for the hydrocarbon sector. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Leadership, effective communication, teamwork, analytical ability, decision-making, and results orientation. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure strict compliance with current legal legislation and SSOMA standards required by Repsol and Aquarius Consulting throughout the logistics operation. * Conduct periodic operational inspections, verifying the application of preventive controls and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Supervise the correct preparation and validity of work permits, ATS, Continuous IPERC, and personnel access requirements (EMO, SCTR, accreditations). * Lead training and inductions, investigate incidents/accidents, and manage resolution of substandard conditions through corrective actions. * Develop SSOMA indicators (KPIs), actively participate in audits or drills, and maintain continuous coordination with Logistics Management, SIG, and the client.
