Job Description Mission: Independently carry out complex operational tasks within your unit/department, in accordance with guidelines set by your supervisor, to meet project requirements. Responsible for the implementation, assembly, operation, and dismantling of production and general facilities (not directly intended for executing specific construction units). Candidate Requirements ACCIONA, within its Industrial business unit, requires hiring the following profile for the commencement of a transmission line and substation (SE) project: Mission: Monitor inventory levels and ensure adherence to Warehouse Administration procedures. Responsibilities: * Organize the warehouse by specifying the layout of materials, small equipment, and tools to maintain an accurate inventory. * Manage records of material and goods receipts and dispatches to keep inventory up to date. * Monitor warehouse balances and stock rotation. * Generate monthly inventories (5% of items) and bi-monthly inventories (100% of items). * Maintain the control ledger for rented assets. * Supervise the preparation and review of movement reports (S10). * Receive, dispatch, and store materials, small equipment, and tools. * Perform opening and closing procedures for the project warehouse—including inspection of location, material receipts and dispatches, controls for small equipment, and incident-related materials, among others. Academic Qualifications / Credentials: * Technical diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in this role on infrastructure projects.
