Lead and motivate work teams We are looking for an experienced **Warehouse Administrator** to supervise operations across multiple storage centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end stock management, replenishment optimization, dispatch efficiency, inventory accuracy, proper product placement, and inventory rotation management. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage real-time stock control. * Plan and execute inventory replenishment strategies. * Coordinate and optimize goods dispatch processes. * Conduct and supervise periodic and cycle inventories. * Define and maintain an efficient product location system. * Implement and monitor inventory rotation policies to minimize losses. * Ensure compliance with safety and storage regulations. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure supply chain fluidity. **Requirements** * Proven experience in warehouse and logistics administration. * In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS). * Demonstrated ability to manage operations across multiple locations. * Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to lead and motivate work teams. * Effective communication skills. * Proactivity and results orientation.
