Preparing dishes correctly following standardized recipes. 2\. Preparing dressings and ingredients, among other productions. 3\. Assisting with order receipt while ensuring proper rotation and correct storage. 4\. Executing Mise & Place for the area, controlling and ensuring product quality and established standards. 5\. Immediately notifying the head chef if products are missing or need to be discarded. 6\. Cleaning and organizing the area before, during, and after service. 7\. Maintaining the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in good condition through appropriate cleaning. 8\. Collaborating in preserving raw materials and finished products according to established standards. 9\. Understanding and correctly completing required forms and production records.
