Responsibilities: - Provide customer service via telephone and chat. - Deliver clear and accurate information about our products and services. - Close sales - Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise, demonstrating efficient problem-solving skills. - Take orders. - Coordinate with delivery companies - Coordinate with the production department - Assist with administrative tasks Working Hours: MONDAY TO FRIDAY from 08:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. SATURDAYS from 8:00 a.m. to 01:30 p.m. Requirements: - Call center sales experience (minimum 6 months) - Customer service experience (minimum 6 months) - Experience working with delivery companies (desirable) - Experience using CRM tools - Minimum education: Technical degree - Good typing speed and writing skills - Employment certificates showing at least 6 months of customer service experience - Verbal fluency, customer service orientation, problem-solving ability, and empathy.
