




Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Customer Service Advisor to handle inquiries, guide customers, drive sales, and provide post-purchase follow-up across digital channels. Key Highlights: 1. As part of our growth, we seek to incorporate into our team a: DIGITAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – ONLINE STORE / REMOTE MODALITY – FULL TIME We seek a responsible, communicative, and customer-oriented individual with experience in digital channel support, WhatsApp, online sales, or eCommerce. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, guiding customers, managing orders, driving digital channel sales, and performing pre-, during-, and post-purchase follow-up. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, social media, and other digital channels. - Provide information on products, prices, availability, compatibility, payment methods, and delivery times. - Guide customers through the online purchasing process. - Handle and manage sales via WhatsApp and digital channels, advising customers on product selection, taking orders, driving sales closure, and offering additional or complementary products based on customer needs. - Follow up on orders, deliveries, exchanges, complaints, and post-sales incidents. - Coordinate information with Operations, Logistics, Dispatch, and Billing departments. - Verify order details, payment receipts, and case status. - Accurately record information from customer interactions. - Support recovery of interested customers who inquired but did not complete purchases. - Prepare basic reports on frequent inquiries, incidents, generated sales, and improvement opportunities. - Support other activities related to digital customer service, online sales, and customer management. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, online sales, eCommerce, call centers, retail, WhatsApp Business, or digital channels. - Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, Community Management, or related fields. - Strong writing, spelling, and written communication skills. - Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and with customer orientation. - Ability to resolve inquiries, handle complaints, and work under pressure. - Basic proficiency with digital tools, social media, WhatsApp, email, and office software. - Responsible, organized, punctual, proactive, and highly committed individual. - Availability to work remotely. - Must have a functional PC or laptop, webcam, headphones with microphone, and stable internet connection. - Minimum equipment requirements: Core i3 or equivalent, 8 GB RAM or higher. SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Sundays and holidays off.
