




Job Summary: Supports the review, organization, and updating of administrative documentation, databases, and files, managing quotations and coordinating information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in document and administrative management 2. Organization and maintenance of physical and digital files 3. Coordination and follow-up of administrative tasks * Assist in reviewing and organizing the company’s administrative documentation. * Maintain up-to-date databases, records, and digital files. * Prepare and complete forms and documents required in various administrative processes. * Request and manage quotations from suppliers according to the company’s needs. * Coordinate the collection of information and documents from different departments or colleagues. * Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation. * Organize and maintain orderly physical and digital files. * Follow up on pending administrative tasks to ensure timely completion.
