As the Junior Quality and HSE Manager, your mission will be to implement quality processes and international certifications, ensuring our production meets the highest standards of the agro-export and packaging sectors. Main Responsibilities · Implement and manage quality processes under **Integrated Management Systems**. · Lead the execution and certification of **BRCGS Packaging V7**. · Coordinate internal and external audits. · Promote safety, health, and environmental culture across the organization. · Develop and deliver internal training to strengthen quality culture. · Drive continuous improvement in production and administrative processes. Profile Requirements · Professional preferably holding a degree in **Industrial Engineering**. · Experience implementing quality processes with IMS. · Knowledge of ISO standards and quality certifications. · **Strong communication skills for training delivery** and team leadership. · **Professional AI knowledge** applied to management and process improvement. · Prior experience in **packaging**, **agro-export**, or similar industries. · **Proficiency in Excel and software for generating professional process management documentation.** · Willingness to work in the city of **Ica**.
