Customer service and logistics experience We are Novedades Wow SAC, a leading e-commerce company located in the district of La Molina, Alameda del Corregidor (as a reference, behind the USMP Faculty of Medicine). We are looking for pre-professional and professional interns from the fields of administration, industrial engineering, logistics engineering, and related disciplines. Details: - Work modality: In-person - Professional interns: 48 hours - Pre-professional interns: 30 hours - Flexible schedule according to application (30 or 48 hours per week) + 1 rest day Benefits: - Compensation: S/650 – S/1400 - FOLA insurance - Internship agreement Available positions: • Administrative and Commercial Intern (3) • Marketing and Video Editing Intern (3) • Logistics Intern (2) Responsibilities: •Answer incoming calls from customers interested in products or with commercial inquiries regarding their orders •Make follow-up calls to customers who did not respond or complete the purchase during the first attempt •Identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities during calls (upselling / cross-selling) •Produce advertising videos and product pages to drive purchases. •Create videos and reels, and conduct social media live streams on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, etc. •Coordinate logistics operations related to packaging, stock control, and product validation. •Perform other duties assigned by supervisor. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 22 and 35 years
