Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Sales Supervisor to lead field teams, implement commercial strategies, and ensure target achievement in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Practical knowledge of the wholesale and/or traditional trade channel is valued, as well as willingness to work in the field. *As a Sales Supervisor, you will be a key pillar in the efficient execution of commercial strategies.* Availability to work Monday through Saturday and travel with your team to the East Zone of Lima. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Organize and lead daily meetings with the sales team. * Maintain up-to-date daily progress indicators. * Ensure achievement of monthly coverage and sales targets. * Provide consistent support to the team, helping resolve any issues that arise at points of sale. * Accompany sales representatives during their on-site induction process. * Monitor competitor pricing and market behavior. * Evaluate individual sales representative performance and implement strategies to ensure coverage and success in the wholesale channel. **What competencies are required?** * Tolerance for working under pressure * Teamwork * Results orientation * Problem-solving skills *If you’re seeking an exciting challenge and wish to contribute to the development of leading national brands, this is your opportunity.* Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.3,200.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
