Career progression path to junior positions Job Summary At EXE, we are looking for a Social Media Content Assistant / Content Intern highly motivated to learn about digital content creation and social media management. You will directly support the content team in executing ideas, researching trends, and developing basic assets, actively participating in real campaigns. Main Responsibilities Support in developing content matrices. Draft basic social media copy (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Research trends, memes, and digital references. Support idea generation for Reels and TikTok videos. Coordinate with the design and audiovisual teams for asset execution. Schedule content on platforms (based on training received). Support in preparing simple reports. Assist in writing articles or web content. Requirements Education: Final-year student or graduate in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Experience: Not mandatory. Academic projects, internships, or personal/own brand account management are valued. Technical Knowledge Interest in social media and digital trends. Basic copywriting skills. Fundamental proficiency with digital tools (Google Drive, PowerPoint). Desirable: Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Notion, etc. Soft Skills Creativity and initiative. Strong writing and spelling skills. Organization and responsibility.
