Job Summary: We are seeking candidates with interest and experience in immersive technologies for development, implementation, testing, installation, and support of VR/MR applications. A digital agency with over 23 years of experience in developing interactive solutions, immersive applications, and projects in Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and Mixed Reality is seeking talent to participate in XR projects developed in Unity and META. We seek candidates with interest and experience in immersive technologies who can join projects involving development, implementation, testing, installation, and support of VR/MR applications—either remotely or in a hybrid mode—and on a project basis. Depending on the applicant’s level of experience, they may participate in one or both of the following workstreams: UNITY XR DEVELOPMENT: • Development of applications in Unity 3D • Implementation of Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, or Mixed Reality experiences. • Integration of interactions, interfaces, 3D scenes, animations, user logic, and optimization. • Development and testing on Meta Quest headsets. • Experience or interest in hand tracking, passthrough, Meta Avatars, multiplayer user experiences, and related SDKs. • Desired knowledge of Photon, Netcode, Meta Avatars, Meta XR SDK, or other tools for collaborative experiences. • Ability to review, test, debug, and improve applications on VR/MR devices. XR SUPPORT AND IMPLEMENTATION: • Assistance with installation, configuration, and testing of Virtual / Mixed Reality headsets. • Preparation of equipment for client demonstrations, training sessions, or presentations. • On-site technical support during technical visits, activations, user testing, and project deliveries. • Basic explanation of application functionality and user guidance. • Incident logging, functional testing, APK application loading, and device verification. • Genuine interest in learning about Unity, Meta Quest, immersive applications, and XR solution support. Requirements: • Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, advanced student, or technical professional in Computer Science, Information Technology, Video Game Development, Computing, Interactive Design, or related fields. • Knowledge of Unity 3D and C#, commensurate with experience level. • Prior experience in interactive projects, video games, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, or Mixed Reality will be highly valued. • For support profiles, experience configuring hardware, installing applications, supporting end users, or delivering on-site technical support will be valued. • Desirable knowledge/experience in 3D tools and workflows. • Portfolio, repository, demo, video, or completed projects are desirable. • Technical English proficiency is desirable for reading documentation.
