Position Summary: We are seeking a graphic designer to elevate the visual quality of our brands through creative design, UX/UI, and the strategic use of AI in the health sector. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a graphic designer to join our marketing team in Santiago de Surco. The objective of this role is to elevate the visual quality of our brands by combining creative design, user experience principles, and the strategic use of artificial intelligence tools to optimize content production. This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for a professional seeking to innovate in health sector and service communication. **Key Responsibilities** * **Visual Development:** Create attractive graphic assets for social media, advertising campaigns, and corporate materials. * **Interface and Experience Design (UX/UI):** Develop navigation flows, wireframes, and final visual designs for landing pages and digital platforms, ensuring they are intuitive and functional for users. * **AI Integration:** Use generative AI tools within the workflow for image creation, editing, and time optimization. * **Branding:** Ensure visual identity consistency across all brand touchpoints. * **Copywriting:** Write creative texts and hooks that complement visual assets. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. * **Software:** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) and Figma for UX/UI projects. * **Innovation:** Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar) applied to design. * **Portfolio:** Submission of work demonstrating aesthetic judgment, organization, and visual synthesis ability. * **Skills:** Strong attention to detail, ability to receive constructive feedback, and adherence to deadlines. **Process Details** * **Work Location:** Santiago de Surco, Lima (on-site). * **Availability:** For the comfort and balance of our team, we seek talent residing nearby or in areas with very easy access to our facilities. * **Contract Type:** Independent contractor agreement (receipt for services). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Send CV and portfolio to number 955 087 175\.
