Position Summary: We are seeking a creative graphic designer to elevate the visual quality of our brands, combining design, UX/UI, and AI to optimize content production. Key Highlights: 1. The objective of this role is to elevate the visual quality of our brands through the integration of creative design, user experience principles, and the strategic use of artificial intelligence tools to optimize content production. This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for a professional seeking to innovate in healthcare and service sector communications. **Key Responsibilities** * **Visual Development:** Create attractive graphic assets for social media, advertising campaigns, and corporate materials. * **Interface and User Experience Design (UX/UI):** Develop navigation flows, wireframes, and final visual designs for landing pages and digital platforms, ensuring they are intuitive and functional for users. * **AI Integration:** Utilize generative AI tools within the workflow for image creation, editing, and time optimization. * **Branding:** Ensure visual identity consistency across all brand touchpoints. * **Copywriting:** Draft creative texts and hooks to complement visual assets. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. * **Software:** Proficiency in Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) and Figma for UX/UI projects. * **Innovation:** Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar) applied to design. * **Portfolio:** Submission of work demonstrating aesthetic judgment, organization, and visual synthesis ability. * **Skills:** Strong attention to detail, ability to receive constructive feedback, and adherence to deadlines. **Process Details** * **Work Location:** Santiago de Surco, Lima (On-site). * **Availability:** Considering our team’s comfort and balance, we seek talent residing nearby or in areas with very easy access to our facilities. * **Contract Type:** Service Agreement (Receipt for Honorarium). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Send CV and portfolio to number 955 087 175\.
