We are currently seeking a Project Design Lead. Key Responsibilities: **Key Responsibilities:** * Candidate with applied knowledge and experience in UCD (User-Centered Design); strong expertise in UX and UI; understanding of multichannel experiences within a digital product and/or service ecosystem. * Participate in business understanding analysis and definition of the end user for the service/product. * Conduct heuristic evaluations. * Create interaction flows. * Apply information architecture activities. * Implement best practices and standards for user experience and usability. * Develop site maps, flows, or content. * Build interactive prototypes. * Manage Design Systems & UI Kits. * Review DEV quality, usability definitions, and interactions. * Knowledge of user research tools and processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum two (2) years of experience in roles such as Project Design Lead, UX Design Lead, or similar positions where the candidate has performed the same or comparable tasks outlined in this job description. * Knowledge and hands-on experience in UX Design, Visual Design, Design Systems, Atomic Design, or similar disciplines. * Familiarity with agile methodologies and autonomous application of frameworks such as Design Thinking, Customer Experience, Jobs to Be Done, Business Design, Strategic Design, and Behavioral Design. Mandatory experience using Design Thinking and at least two other listed frameworks. * Strong communication and negotiation skills, demonstrating high-level synthesis, analysis, interpretation, and argumentation abilities. Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels. * Basic ability to analyze and interpret data, define KPIs, manage backlogs and roadmaps, and propose project value propositions. * Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams.
