Job Summary: We are seeking a UX Research Team Member to support the planning, execution, and documentation of UX research, collaborating with design and product teams. Key Highlights: 1. Learn about the challenges of the UX Research Team Member position. * Support the planning and execution of UX research according to defined guidelines. * Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies (interviews, surveys, UX tests). * Support data collection, analysis, and organization for research. * Document and communicate research findings clearly and systematically. * Collaborate with design, product, and research teams within working cells. What we need from you: 1 to 3 years of experience in UX research, user-centered design, or related roles, participating in digital projects.**Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Web Design, Psychology, Sociology, etc. * Knowledge of user research (qualitative/quantitative) * Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies (Design Thinking, double/triple diamond) * Information analysis and synthesis * UX research tools (Qualtrics, Google Analytics, Microsoft Forms) * Intermediate English proficiency **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
