




Job Summary: Design and optimize the visual and functional experience of mobile applications and digital platforms to improve conversion, user experience, and brand positioning in the Peruvian market. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and implementation of AI in design. **Job Objective** Design and optimize the visual and functional experience of the company's mobile applications and digital platforms, contributing to improved conversion, user experience, and brand positioning in the Peruvian market. **Main Responsibilities** * Design interfaces for mobile applications (Android and iOS) and web platforms. * Analyze user behavior and propose improvements aimed at increasing conversion and retention. * Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and navigation flows. * Optimize user experience (UX) across the company's various digital products. * Design and update visual components, iconography, and design systems (Design System). * Conduct competitive analysis and monitor local and international fintech market trends. * Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to implement continuous improvements. * Design digital assets for user acquisition and retention campaigns (Google Play, App Store, Meta Ads, Landing Pages, etc.). * Participate in usability testing and validation of new features. * Utilize artificial intelligence tools to optimize design processes and generate visual proposals. **Requirements** * **Portfolio:** Mandatory link to an updated portfolio or case studies. * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of UI/UX design experience for mobile applications or digital products. * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Figma; working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator. * **Knowledge:** Principles of UX Research and user-centered design. * **Desirable:** Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. * **Plus:** Experience using AI tools applied to design (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.). **Competencies** * Analytical thinking. * User orientation. * Creativity and innovation. * Teamwork. * Organization and time management. * Adaptability to dynamic environments. **Especially Valued** * Prior experience in fintech, digital banking, e-commerce, or mass-consumption applications. * Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO). * Experience designing campaigns for digital user acquisition. * Knowledge of the Peruvian market and local consumer behavior. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Conversion and retention rates in key product flows (e.g., registration/onboarding). * Timeliness and deadline adherence for design deliverables. * Effectiveness and conversion (CRO) of designed marketing materials and landing pages. * Quality, consistency, and maintenance of the Design System.
