Job Summary: We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to lead the definition and evolution of the user experience in projects, from conceptualization through to production. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the user experience in Systems Area projects 2. Coordinate and guide the UX/UI team 3. Propose continuous improvements based on analysis and feedback We are looking for 01 **UX/UI DESIGNER** **REQUIREMENTS:** Proficiency in tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (advanced level) Intermediate English language proficiency Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD Proficiency in web technologies: HTML/CSS, JavaScript SEO and UX/UI tools: Google Analytics / Hotjar or others Project management tools: Jira or Trello **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Lead the definition and evolution of the user experience in Systems Area projects. Design and validate information architecture, interaction flows, and usability criteria. Support the full design lifecycle, from conceptualization through to production. Coordinate and guide the UX/UI team, assigning guidelines and validating deliverables. Facilitate alignment on experience and design with internal and external stakeholders. Validate correct implementation of UX decisions during development. Propose continuous improvements based on usage analytics, feedback, and best practices.
