Position Summary: We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to lead user experience in Systems projects, from conceptualization through production, coordinating and guiding the UX/UI team. Propose continuous improvements based on analysis and feedback We are looking for 01 **UX/UI DESIGNER** **REQUIREMENTS:** Proficiency in tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (advanced level) Intermediate English language proficiency Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD Proficiency in web technologies: HTML/CSS, JavaScript SEO and UX/UI tools: Google Analytics / Hotjar or others Project management tools: Jira or Trello **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Lead the definition and evolution of user experience in Systems Department projects. Design and validate information architecture, interaction flows, and usability criteria. Support the full design lifecycle, from conceptualization through production. Coordinate and guide the UX/UI team, assigning guidelines and validating deliverables. Facilitate alignment on experience and design with internal and external stakeholders. Validate correct implementation of UX decisions during development. Propose continuous improvements based on usage analysis, feedback, and best practices.
