Objective: The UX/UI Designer is responsible for transforming structural wireframes and strategic concepts into high-fidelity web interfaces, ensuring intuitive navigation and clear communication through the use of microcopy, design methodologies, and behavioral metrics analysis to maximize conversion. Responsibilities: 1\. Transform wireframes and structural schematics into final high-fidelity designs, ensuring a modern, clean aesthetic consistent with Leasein’s visual identity. 2\. Execute the web content strategy by writing microcopy, button labels, and system messages that guide users clearly and directly. 3\. Structure the narrative and navigation flow on landing pages and homepages to ensure the value proposition addresses customers’ operational needs. 4\. Apply design methodologies such as Empathy Maps, User Personas, and Customer Journey Maps to ground every visual and content decision in user behavior. 5\. Create interactive, navigable prototypes in Figma to validate user experience and navigation flow prior to implementation. 6\. Monitor design health and performance by analyzing heatmaps and session recordings in Hotjar to propose continuous improvements. 7\. Ensure all digital assets are fully responsive, optimizing display across various devices and screen sizes. 8\. Conduct technical handoff of design assets and documentation to the development team, ensuring faithful and organized implementation.
