Ensuring quality and safety in tasks Job Description: An **industrial and metal-mechanical company** is currently seeking qualified **BOILERMAKERS** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or technical training in Boilermaking, Production Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of relevant work experience. * Knowledge of: * Blueprint and cutting plan interpretation. * Fabrication, assembly, and installation of metal structures. * Use of cutting, grinding, layout, and basic welding tools. * Layout and forming of metal sheets, cylinders, hoppers, ducts, and vessels. * Operation of measuring equipment (tape measure, caliper, square, level, etc.). * Industrial safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **metal part assembly, layout, and fabrication** according to blueprints and technical specifications. * Carry out **forming, rolling, and welding** operations on sheets and structures. * Provide support in assembling equipment and metal structures both in workshop and field settings. * Ensure compliance with **quality and safety standards** for every task. **Competencies:** * Proactivity and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Responsibility and commitment to workplace safety.
