We are currently seeking a **WELDER** to join our team. **Job Knowledge Requirements** * Knowledge of working at heights. * Knowledge of light metal structures (roofs, railings) * Knowledge of blueprint reading * Material handling, oxy-fuel cutting, and plasma cutting **Candidate Profile:** * Graduate of Welding or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Welder. * Availability for on-site work. * Availability to work overtime. **Competencies:** * Responsibility * Punctuality * Results orientation * Analytical thinking * Teamwork **What We Offer:** * Salary: S/ 1,800 – S/ 2,200, based on evaluation * Overtime, holiday, and Sunday pay according to current regulations. * Formal payroll from the first day of employment, including all statutory benefits. * ESSALUD health insurance, Life Insurance Law, SCTR * 30 days of vacation, biannual bonus, CTS, etc. * Positive work environment Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
