




Job Summary: Design and model complex metal structures, develop folded sheet metal parts, and create fabrication drawings with material optimization. Preparation of fabrication drawings and material optimization 3D Design and Modeling: Develop complex assemblies and parts of metal structures using SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and AutoCAD. Sheet Metal Development: Design folded sheet metal parts, calculate flat patterns (cutting layout), and consider bend allowances. Fabrication Drawing Preparation: Create detailed construction drawings, including tolerances, welds, and technical specifications for the workshop. Bill of Materials (BOM) Generation: Manage material and component lists required for each project’s execution. Material Optimization: Design structures to maximize efficiency in sheet and profile usage, minimizing waste during cutting.
