Preparation and review of budgets and unit price analysis 3A ENGINEERING AND GENERAL SERVICES EIRL requires hiring two professionals holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering with proven experience in the industrial sector, executing metal structure and piping projects. We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional or a closely related field to fill the available quotation specialist vacancy, meeting the following requirements: **Position Profile:** * Mechanical Engineer or closely related field * Minimum 5 years of verified experience as a cost and budget engineer. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel. * Proficiency in MS Project. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in AutoCAD * Knowledge of project management according to PMBOK (desirable). **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in tender processes and preparation of technical/economic proposals. * Conduct technical site visits. * Prepare and review overall and partial project budgets. * Process and/or prepare quantity take-offs for various infrastructures. * Analyze unit prices, productivity rates, and required resources. * Perform unit price analysis for each work item and project budgets. * Estimate project quantities. Working Hours: 48 hours per week (Mon–Sat) Work Location: Rímac District Monthly Remuneration: USD 3,000 to USD 4,000 (subject to personal interview) Salary: PEN 3,000.00 – PEN 4,000.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
