Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Mechanical Technician and Welder for assembly, maintenance, and diagnosis of mechanical systems in the industrial metal-mechanical sector. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in assembly and maintenance of mechanical systems 2. Proficiency in welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, LASER) 3. Opportunity with a leading company in the Industrial Metal-Mechanical sector **Requirements:** * Technical professional in Production Mechanics, Maintenance Mechanics, Welding, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial, metal-mechanical, and assembly companies. * Valid academic certificates and compliant documentation. * Residency in Lima and willingness to travel to provinces and abroad. * Immediate full-time start. **Responsibilities:** * Perform assembly, fitting, and packaging of mechanical systems. * Interpret technical drawings and mechanical schematics. * Install mechanical components and industrial machinery. * Adjust parts and assemblies according to technical specifications. * Participate in and execute preventive and corrective maintenance. * Diagnose mechanical failures using measurement tools and equipment. * Replace, adjust, and repair defective parts. * Apply preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment service life. * Operate specialized tools and equipment. * Use appropriate materials according to design specifications. * Knowledge and proficiency in welding processes such as: SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and LASER. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Life Insurance (Law) and SCTR. * Formal payroll registration with statutory benefits. * Employment with one of the leading companies in the Industrial Metal-Mechanical sector.
