Potential development and building a solid future **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **S\&L METALLIC CONSORTIUM S.A., a group with over 10 years of experience in the Peruvian market, delivering excellence in construction and metal structure manufacturing services through its various business units (Public Works, Anchoring Systems, etc.), seeks young, motivated talent committed to embracing challenges, developing their potential, and building a solid future alongside industry leaders.** **Position: METAL STRUCTURE ASSEMBLERS** **Work Location: Lurín (preference for candidates residing in nearby areas: Villa El Salvador, Villa María del Triunfo, etc.)** **EDUCATION:** Graduate technician in Metal Structures and Construction (preferred) **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum verifiable experience of 5 years in metal structure projects; proficiency in reading engineering drawings and welding symbols. **ADDITIONAL TRAINING:** Reading of drawings and measuring instruments Welding knowledge Knowledge and use of power tools and hand tools **Main Responsibilities:** \* Assemble and install metal structures according to technical specifications. \* Prepare, install, or dismantle metal frameworks as required. \* Read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings. \* Assemble and erect metal structures: beams, columns, trusses, etc. \* Use hand and electric tools for cutting, marking, and fitting. \* Verify dimensions, levels, and alignment of components. \* Coordinate with welders and supervisors to ensure correct assembly. \* Comply with safety procedures and proper use of PPE. \* Support fieldwork when required. **Desired Competencies:** Responsibility and commitment to work quality.
