Job stability and opportunities for development JOB POSTING: METALWORKING OPERATORS **A metalworking sector company**, located in **Ventanilla – Parque Porcino, Zone 2**, is currently seeking **METALWORKING OPERATORS** to join our team. **Position:** Metalworking Operator **Work Location:** Ventanilla – Parque Porcino, Zone 2 Main Responsibilities: * Assist in manufacturing and assembly tasks for metal structures. * Perform cutting, preparation, assembly, and welding assistance tasks. * Operate tools and equipment specific to the metalworking area. * Assist in material handling and installation. * Follow instructions from the supervisor or area manager. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)** regulations and procedures. Requirements: * Experience in **metalworking, metal structures, or similar fields**. * Knowledge and ability to operate manual and electric tools. * Prior experience in manufacturing and assembly tasks is desirable. * Availability to work on-site and/or at plant facilities. * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to work as part of a team. * **Preferably residing in Ventanilla or nearby areas.** Working Hours: **Monday to Sunday**, with a **weekly day off on Monday or Tuesday**, according to schedule.
