Teamwork and working under pressure. **Job Objective** Perform MIG welding to ensure high-quality metal joints, complying with technical standards, safety requirements, and production timelines established by the company. **Responsibilities** * Perform MIG welding on metal structures (pipes, plates, furniture parts, etc.). * Interpret basic blueprints and work orders. * Adjust welding equipment (voltage, amperage, wire feed speed). * Inspect the quality of welded joints. * Perform tack welding and assembly of structures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Technical training in welding or metalworking is desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience in MIG welding. * Basic knowledge of MIG welding processes. * Proficiency in using hand and electric tools. * Basic blueprint reading skills (desirable). * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Must reside in VES or nearby areas. Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
