Job Summary: We are seeking a Painting Assistant for Metal Structures to perform filling, sanding, cleaning, and support in the painting process, following technical specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in filling and sanding metal components 2. Knowledge of technical specifications for paints and solvents 3. Support in the painting process to meet production requirements REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education. \- 1 year of experience as a painting assistant for metal structures. FUNCTIONS: \- Perform filling and sanding of components prior to painting. Perform plugging, cleaning, wrapping, and removal/attachment of tape on components prior to blasting/painting. \- Clean surfaces of parts to be painted using appropriate solvents and/or degreasers. \- Read and correctly interpret technical specifications for paints and solvents to be used. \- Support the painting process of components to meet established production schedules. Support other related duties as requested by the immediate supervisor. BENEFITS: \- Salary commensurate with the labor market.
