Job Summary: We are seeking a Metal Structure Assembler-Welder to assemble, install, and brace metal structures, interpret engineering drawings, and comply with safety regulations. Prepare, mark out, cut, and fabricate metal components **Andes Solutions Group**, a leader in the metalworking industry, invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of **Metal Structure Assembler\-Welder** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assemble, install, and brace metal structures, meeting scheduled timelines and established standards. * Interpret technical drawings and documentation (2D and modeling), identifying dimensions, sections, and specifications for fabrication and assembly. * Perform measurements and adjustments to ensure correct component installation. * Use hand and power tools. * Knowledge of welding bracing, oxy-cutting, and other equipment. * Prepare, mark out, cut, bend, and fabricate metal components, including complex geometric shapes per drawings. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and established protocols. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in metal structure assembly or metalworking. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical and boiler-making drawings, structural assembly, and welding processes. * Familiarity with assembly tools and measurement equipment. * Commitment to safety regulations and teamwork. * Availability to work rotating shifts and on-site as required. **We Offer:** * Project-based employment contract * Positive work environment * Market-competitive remuneration **Work Location:** Lima, Carabayllo * Submit CV Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
